After the recent freeze, our Home Owners Association contracted with Caps Sprinkler Systems to repair the backflow valves that had frozen. There were many homes needing these repairs. I called mid-afternoon one day to see when they thought they might be doing our repairs. The gentleman said that he would come to our house that afternoon. Around 5 PM, we thought it wasn't going to happen, but he did arrive around 5:30. He repaired the valve, had to replace the backflow piping and insulation, and explained how the system worked and what we should do in the future to be sure it didn't freeze again. We were VERY pleased with the service we received!
