Had CAPS install my original system several years ago. Recently had a problem that the timer would not set to a daily interval. They sent out Edgar, who said he always set the systems for a set weekly of days to go off and was not familiar with complete system. I told him I wanted to set it at a four day interval but he set it to go off on Monday and Wed and NOT the four day interval I wanted. The system is still broke, I paid $95.00 for a service call, and still do not have it set for what I mwanted. So much for the 5 year warranty. I sent them an email complaining of the service but never heard back. Would definately NOT reccommend this company. more

Avoid 7/7/2010

Avoid at all costs... Had them do a large job, they tapped into a water line and made it so that water source was part of the sprinkler system and could not be used unless our sprinkler was on...Owner insulted our intelligence and wanted to charge us to undo his incompitent work regarding this issue... more

Pleasantly surprised 1/23/2010

After the recent freeze, our Home Owners Association contracted with Caps Sprinkler Systems to repair the backflow valves that had frozen. There were many homes needing these repairs. I called mid-afternoon one day to see when they thought they might be doing our repairs. The gentleman said that he would come to our house that afternoon. Around 5 PM, we thought it wasn't going to happen, but he did arrive around 5:30. He repaired the valve, had to replace the backflow piping and insulation, and explained how the system worked and what we should do in the future to be sure it didn't freeze again. We were VERY pleased with the service we received! more

Not very customer oriented 10/10/2009

I found them in a flier and called I left a message. They never returned my call to set up an appointment. I left a total of 3 messages with no response. I would not recommend just on difficulty contacting them more
