I recently took my car to auto doctor and had some repairs done, Ron was very talkative and responsive to my request for preventative maintenance on the car. When we went to pay for the repairs it was a whole different story, I thought they were borderline rude and felt like my business was not welcome. The secretary made me feel like I was at a fast food restaurant, and Ron did not even acknowledge I was there. Ron also said old parts would be returned, they were not; and I was shuffled out so fast I did not get to check the trunk to see if they were there.\r

I had no problems with the repairs, I thought the cost was a bit high. My problem was with the service, or lack of, a simple "thanks for the business" would of made things a bit better.\r

Based on my experience I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
