I recently contacted The Home Theater Store about some work that I wanted done that same day. My conversation with Jamie was what made me decide to use their service. I have a complex system, and I felt that he knew what he was talking about.
Even though it was a small project, changing the wiring for a new television, Jamie shuffled his crew around to accommodate me and make it happen. While they were there, I had them evaluate another project that involved moving around some security cameras. They came up with an inexpensive and reasonable solution.
The technicians were very knowledgeable and nice. I had done one piece of wiring for the television myself and, when it was not working, they turned around and came back late at night to fix it even though it was not work that they had done. I was very impressed with that...their service exceeded my expectations.
