Yup, it's a scam. STAY AWAY!!! They took my $3,450 and didn't do a damn thing. They stopped working on my account when the 4 month contract was up without finishing. I had just started on modifying the 2nd mortgage after being denied on the 1st mortgage. All they do is forward your paperwork to your lender (and they aren't very good at it). In short, I could have done a better job myself for free.
I have already filed a BBB complaint and I'm in the process of filing a DRE complaint. I will soon be in small claims court. Doesn't that sound fun? Don't end up like me. Find someone else to do your loan modification!!
If I could have given them zero stars, I would have. One star is misleading rating.
