My wife and I love Shik Do Rock (which translates as Epicurean), and go there at least once a month, if not more. Contrary to the crazy (!!) reviews I've been reading, the staff is very friendly and sweet, and they remembered our orders by heart, even after just the first two visits.
We're both vegetarian, so Korean food in general can be a little intimidating. But the vegetarian dolsot bibimbap (hot stone pot with sizzing rice, tofu, veggies, and mushrooms) is so delicious, healthy, and satisfying that we keep going back for more. It comes with or without egg, so it's easy to order a completely vegan meal.
Also they bring about 6 or 7 small side dishes to eat while you wait. I love the sprouts, and especially the yam noodles. I also love the tea they serve.
