Inside is nice w/ good upscale look/feel. Service to get cocktails was slow - took 10+ minutes after order to get served, though drinks were good. Crowd was not young.
Service not bad, but not pampered either, for responsiveness/pacing. Tuna tartar app was generous if not a bit bland (salt-pepper + ordered a lemon squeeze which did the trick - needs capers), but some of the toast slices w/ the tartar were burned - not impressive). Splatter from 'sizzle plates' was very bad.
In spite of the hot plate, my med-rare sirloin was only a bit above room temp, so I asked them to warm it w/o cooking it, which they did nicely. Food taste was pretty good, what you'd expect for $40 sirloin.
Setting 6 (7 if no splatter), food 7, service 6, value 8
Pros: food, wine list
Cons: grease splatter, only OK service
