everytime we ever need something like propane or have problem with water heater or generator she is rude, tells us we have to wait till she decides to send someone. Charges extra if she thinks she can.\r \r Our power went out during the biggest storm of the year, our generator stopped working and my wife was panic stricken. in 2007 she became ill and went into a coma and has been on oxygen for two years at home now and Jana knows this because we have used them for a long time. She had joe come out to fix our Generator charged us $100.00 per hour and he let to get a part and she would not let him come back at all the next day to finish the job and said he has more important things to do. So we paid $200.00 and nothing got resolved and even though due to medical reasons it could be life or death we need our power as it automatically turns on if PG&E goes off.\r \r She is putting my wife's life in danger and could care less. Rich needs to either fire her as she is killing his business or he needs to close the doors. \r \r I will be contacting the better business bureau, the local papers, the local news stations, the attorney generals office and my attorney.\r \r DO NOT USE MOUNTAIN SERVICE THEY WILL OVER CHARGE AND UNDER DELIVER AND BE RUDE ABOUT IT AS THE ONLY ONE THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS JANA.\r \r I am switching back to Amerigas as their sevice is great and their prices are better, Jana lied about what the costs would be, many hidden costs we were not told.
