I did not have an appointment, but had emailed the store before they opened 6 hours before going. Upon walking in and receiving a dirty look the older woman behind the counter said ""can we help you?"" in a rude, agitated voice.\r

I explained that I had written an email and before finishing what I was saying, the older woman interrupted me and said ""we've been very busy."" I continued to ask if they had the dress I was looking for. The woman said she didn't recognize the name and said it must be a few years old. It's in the upcoming spring collection- her crappy store just didn't have it yet.\r

I wanted to look at birdcage veils and facinators, however the facinators were ugly and there were no birdcage veils.\r

I already bought my dress at THE WHITE ROOM, which I would recommend highly to anyone. The staff at Glitz makes you feel like you are beneath them and an invconvenience. DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS AT GLITZ.
Pros: Not sure didn't have the current dresses in yet
Cons: Bad selection of hairpieces, rude staff
