When I purchased a sectional at this store, I was offered the 5 year extended warranty which came with a kit of cleaners. I purchased this warranty after being told my sectional would be safe for 5 years.
18 months later, the frame on the sectional has a broken spring. I contacted Factory Direct and was told they would not fix or replace the item because it wasn't an accident. Wanda, the customer service person, told me that it was in the fine print on my warranty papers that ONLY accidents were covered.
They refused to service my sectional.
