This is the best workout I ever had. Sure it is a bit tight and hot and extremely hard. I even threw up my first workout. Only after my second time I realized I had never felt better after a workout (even with all the sourness). Sure this program is not for everyone... but that does not mean it is in anyway bad. I'm sure most of the complaints come from people who just gave up and didn't push themselves. I am a complete fan and can't wait until 5:15 tomorrow morning.
