Customer service is non-existent. I've tried calling this awful outfit for 2-weeks and left messages to NO AVAIL. Rochdale mgt should be ashamed of themselves for doing business with this awful, awful outfit. I told Direct tv that they should try to call PNC and see what happens. I also told them I was going to call all the cable companies and report them. I'm also contacting the FCC and the better business to see if they can help here.\r
I am going to spend the rest of my days getting someone to take this company out of business.
