Please let me discribe my New Year's Eve experience.l The first problem I called and made VIP RSVP, and when I called later to confirm the band""s starting time...they did not have me on the list for vip or a rsvp.l I arrived at the restaurant at 8:40. The waitress never took our drink order. We given a menu that we had to select our meals, which sat on our table for 35 min., there was only1 other couple in VIP so I don't know why the waitress neglected our table.We paid $192.00 whicy we were required to pay upfront. We were told we would get a bottle of champagne but we had to request it 5xs we didn't recieve it until 11:58 pm. We got our salads at 9:45, mine missing the basalmic dressing.. I requested silverware from my waitress which was not delivered. I had to ask another waiter to get it for me. The entree was mediocre at best. The bus boy took my plate before I was able to finished my meal and my apple pie desert was served without ice cream (as stated on the menu) and my husband was served carrot cake serve in lieu of key lime pie. All of the above mentioned items were brought to the attention of the onwer Londzell who didn't bother to even offer a simple apology for the poor service and short staff. One of the waiter's mentioned that he wasn't an employee, but was just trying to help out. I'm not sure who wrote the two previous reviews but I would guess either Londzell himself and/or a friend or family member. The only reason I am giving it One star is because the default will not allow a 0 or a -1 rating!!!
