This dealership not only take advantage of you, they will make you feel like a helpless consumer. Take your car to a trusted local mechanic and save yourself the $100 an hour that they will charge you here. The wait times for simple things like oil changes are ridiculous. 2 hours for an oil change? How is that possible? This dealership's intention surrounds one thing. Profit. There service staff is unprofessional and will absolutely take advantage of women who don't know more about their cars and the elderly. I will never, ever return to Honda Barn of Stratham, and will be telling all the people I know to avoid their sub-par service. I agree with the other reviewers...No respect for customers!
