This place has gone down the tubes since their wonderful former service manager Roland retired. The service department is arrogant and unhelpful. They talk down to you and assume you don't know your own car. If the check engine light is NOT on they don't know what to do. Not only do we have to bring our Honda (which we bought brand new there) to another dealer so we can figure out what is wrong with it but we will NEVER buy another car there. more

WORST HONDA DEALERSHIP EVER! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 1/12/2010

This dealership not only take advantage of you, they will make you feel like a helpless consumer. Take your car to a trusted local mechanic and save yourself the $100 an hour that they will charge you here. The wait times for simple things like oil changes are ridiculous. 2 hours for an oil change? How is that possible? This dealership's intention surrounds one thing. Profit. There service staff is unprofessional and will absolutely take advantage of women who don't know more about their cars and the elderly. I will never, ever return to Honda Barn of Stratham, and will be telling all the people I know to avoid their sub-par service. I agree with the other reviewers...No respect for customers! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE 9/25/2008

I had to Shop for a new car. I was a little scared and worried I would be talked into a car I didn?t want also to high of a payment. That happened to me before and I didn?t want it to happen again. I wanted a NEW SUV. But then I talk to the salesman for a while before I went for test drives. I really need a car he told me my options and payments on both there was a great deal on the Accord at the time so I bought it. After driving him crazy going in the dealership three times before I bought it. I?m so happy, I tell everyone to shop at the Honda Barn/Nissan of Stratham. No pushy sales people? Pros: Everyone is friendly and helpful. more

Avoid, No Respect for customers! 8/7/2008

I recently went in for a test drive of two vehicles. The sales associate began asking me questions that dealer usually do not ask. I answered his questions that he asked and gave let him make a copy of my drivers license. He took me out to the first car i wanted to test drive the 2009 Maxima. He gave me a key. The key would not unlock the car. He said that something must be wrong with the car. I could not believe this at all since it is a brand new car. They had two other Maxima's but he said I could not test drive them since they are trying to keep the miles low on them. So then we took out the Altima for a test drive. This visit did nothing for me because i went to compare both vehicles. I did not feel conferable throughout my whole visit. I recommend going to another dealership. Pros: Nothing Cons: Respect for customers, very poor selection more

Take Advantage 7/21/2008

I have used Nissan of Stratham for my past 6 oil changes. On my last routine oil change, I was informed that I would need new brake shoes, and drums if I didn't replace the shoes within a couple weeks. I thought this was odd since my car was less than 2 years old and had less than 40,000 miles. I went to two other dealerships and was told that my front brakes were in perfect condition and I had another 15-20,000 miles on the rear brakes, by both other dealers. NISSAN OF STRATHAM TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG, FEMALE DRIVER. Maybe they thought I would throw down the $400 ""estimate"" without question, who knows... Regardless, I will NEVER be going back and I HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere for maintenance. What kind of business intentionally attempts to perform service that is unnecessary and costly?
