In my humble opinion, San Moritz, managed by Wasatch Property Management, spends a significant amount of money on advertising, offering lease signing gifts, flexible leases, and free rental periods to lure in tenants to what they call ?Up Scale Living?. I felt the walls were painted too dark, there?s poor lighting, and due to design (dead space between ceilings and floors) the noise from our neighbors above was over whelming. Parking is poor. Many tenants are parking along the street outside of the community. After our lease was negotiated and just prior to moving in, the manager requested an additional $200.00 per month because we?d signed a 3 month lease (flexible lease). She then switched me from the apartment I was shown to what was described as a ?less desirable unit?. More than 30 days after I provided notice to move out, after paying the final rent and utilities as calculated by the management staff, I received a letter showing recalculations and new fees that eat up a portion of my security deposit. If I had it to do over I would have rented a home which would have cost me far less money and would have been better for me and my family.
Pros: New Units
Cons: Building design allows for too much noise...
