After breaking up with my boyfriend, and falling into a deep depression, I finally sought out mental health counseling. We had been dating for about 10 years before the breakup, and needed help after it ended. The therapists here were really warm, and understanding of my feelings. It took me a while to get past the relationship, and I'm thankful a place like this exists for people who are trying to move on with their lives. The counselors here really helped.
