I bought my wedding gown there in 2007, and I have to say I love the dress I bought however, I was not pleased with the service I received after I bought the dress. First, the dress sample was the size they needed to order and I know for a fact that instead of ordering me a new one from the manufacturer that they just put that one in the back. I know this b/c I worked in bridal stores before and they do the exact thing. Second, they never called me to tell me it came in b/c they already had it in the back and I had to call them 3 months before my wedding to ask if it came in. Third, when I went for my alteration appointment, I noticed a few beads were missing, a strap was broke and there a little dirt on it. I mean, if they are going to do that, they should at least clean it. Also, they stopped carrying Anjolique which was the brand of my dress. I did have a pleasurable experience though when I first went there and found the dress but after that the manager (I forget her name b/c it's been so long) was very rude. She made her sale and it seemed like she didn't care. The owner is also very rude when you call to ask questions. I did have a good experience with the seamstress though.
