Bayonet Point Engine Rebuttal 1/1/2010

REBUTTAL: There have been several negative reviews posted and statements made regarding one dissatisfied customer of Bayonet Point Engine over the past 6 months. While this has appeared as often as possible on the Internet, Mr. Darrel Peters had filed a claim with the Small Claims Court of Pasco County. The final trial took place on December 8, 2009, and the results are as follows: The court has found for the Defendant, Bayonet Point Engine. Mr. Darrel Peter?s claim has been denied by the Court because Mr. Peters did not allow Bayonet Point Engine the opportunity to take care of their warranty of his engine, transmission, and carburetor work which was preformed by this facility. Further more, Mr. Peters violated federal law, Mr. Peters permitted the improper installation of a different carburetor and removal of emissions related products prompting an investigation. Mr. Peters failed to provide proof of his claim by producing the many witnesses that he claimed he had to prove his case. Bayonet Point Engine prevailed in part due to the testimony of its expert witness, Randy Chiavaroli. Pros: Wins in Court more
