Getting up at 5:30 a.m. to work out on Mondays and Thursdays is tough, but as soon as Alex appears and greets me with her big smile and positive energy, I feel inspired. I have been working with her for several months now and during that time I have experienced an increase in strength and endurance that has surprised me. I have gone from doing ?girl pushups? to doing the real ones. Alex knew that was one of my goals and she worked to help me get there. In addition, side planks are no longer a problem and forward lunges are something I actually enjoy doing. The same goes for gluts, calves, quads, and abs. I am now able to feel and see muscles I didn?t even know I had.
