At the office for a visit, the pracitioner explained that I needed a special procedure that would cost about $300 dollars. I didn't have the extra cash and I wasn't prepared to pay on that day. Office manager insisted that I sign a form refusing service (which I didn't ) simply because I did not have the money to pay for the procedure that was recommended. I never said that I would have the procedure, I just didn't have the money with me. Since I wouldn't sign the form that I was refusing service, the office manager asked me to leave and find another dentist. Seemed to me that they were more interested in getting money than serving my need. On several occasions I was prepared to pay for additional service, but not this time. Maybe if they had warned me in advance that there would be an extra fee, I would have been prepared. The office manager acted as if she was the customer and not me. I won't be back and won't recommend anyone as long as that mean spirited office manager is there.
Pros: The services received was good
Cons: The office manager attitude was horrible
