I am 2 hours away from your office and you promised to stay open until I arrived. I arrived at 4pm and your staff immediately made me feel comfortable. My previous dentures were very uncomfortable, so I went in to Bixby Knolls Dental Group to see Dr. Moshrefi. I told him that I had implants put in on the bottom and that I had problems from the tissue never healing properly. My first set was a mess, so he did the cleaning and checked them and so forth. I expressed to him how displeased I had been, and that I was kind of paranoid about going and getting another set. He promised me that I'd be comfortable and that they would look a lot better. The difference is 100 percent. I'd recommend him to anybody! I just really appreciate the service, and the product was just more than what I expected. Dr. Moshrefi and his staff here were really, really great. more

I just came from a dentist that was lying to me and if I would have stuck with that particular dentist, my mouth would be far worse off than it is now. So due to a very unpleasant encounter with before mentioned dentist, I found a new one. That new one is Dr. Moshrefi. Let me tell you WOW! What a difference! He and his staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met! I just came from having two fillings and a crown and am in minimal discomfort. Do you know he actually called an hour ago just to see how I am feeling?? How many dentists do that? He is awesome and everyone should check him out. This coming from a person that is terrified of dental offices. I was so relaxed during the procedure. Oh yea and another awesome part is they don't judge you. My mouth is in bad shape due to me neglecting my oral hygiene in the past (that was years ago but am sooooooooo paying for it) but they don't judge! Dr. Moshrefi didn't question why my mouth was so bad off, he just wanted to know what I wanted to do. That's right, HE wanted to know what I wanted to do. Isn't that wild? No one likes going to the dentist. It's never fun. But the people here work hard and at least make it bearable. I was going out of state for my uncle's birthday. I was leaving Friday. Wednesday, I broke my front tooth literally clean out! I went to Bixby Knolls Dental Group and had a custom made temporary tooth before I left! Which made my pictures look a lot better. The staff at this dental office was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival. I arrived right on time for my appointment and I was brought right inside. The Doctors came inside and greeted me as well as the dental assistant that help throughout the procedure. Every step was thoroughly explained before my tooth extraction took place. After the procedure I was also given instructions on how to prevent infection from occurring, which I found to be very helpful. Overall my experience here was excellent, I would definitely recommend my friends and other people to come and visit this dental office. more

Let's be fair, you don't get quality work for nothing. I used to work in medical billing, so any gripes about insurance benefits should be addressed to the insurance companies. The office staff is so friendly, and understanding. They totally worked around my schedule to accomodate me. And being the dental chicken that I am, the doctor and staff took their time and didn't treat me like a number. I have told my friends about this office and will definitely give them two thumbs up. more

I suggest you stay away form this Dental Office. They are running scam wherein they will collect more money from you as your out of pockets expenses. I went there few months ago. Paid the agreed Out-of pocket fee then a week later, I got call saying I need to pay more. Bewareif you dedide to go to this Hell hole. Review all the documents that you are signing. ALL of these documents are to protec their rights and interests, NOT yours. more

After reading all the reviews on City Search, Google, and Yelp I decided to give Bixby Knolls Dental a try. Long story short, I was extremely happy that I did...They do not cut corners, address the whole mouth and not a single tooth. My treatment options were fully explained and the dentist actually cared..which is rare based on my past experiences. They are by no means the cheapest office on the block, but you get what you pay for. Pros: Great work, reasonable prices, Great Doctors Cons: Stairs, no elevator more

They'll try to sell you procedures that are not immediately (if ever) necessary for a LOT of $. Buyer beware. These guys are hustlers. Pros: Nice office, location Cons: You'll get the hustle more

At the office for a visit, the pracitioner explained that I needed a special procedure that would cost about $300 dollars. I didn't have the extra cash and I wasn't prepared to pay on that day. Office manager insisted that I sign a form refusing service (which I didn't ) simply because I did not have the money to pay for the procedure that was recommended. I never said that I would have the procedure, I just didn't have the money with me. Since I wouldn't sign the form that I was refusing service, the office manager asked me to leave and find another dentist. Seemed to me that they were more interested in getting money than serving my need. On several occasions I was prepared to pay for additional service, but not this time. Maybe if they had warned me in advance that there would be an extra fee, I would have been prepared. The office manager acted as if she was the customer and not me. I won't be back and won't recommend anyone as long as that mean spirited office manager is there. Pros: The services received was good Cons: The office manager attitude was horrible more

I had a great experience at Bixby Knolls Dental Office. I had to have my first root canal and I was extremely nervous. Dr. Jacobson was incredibly gentle and it didn't hurt at all. I kept waiting for pain, but the procedure was absolutely painless. I would recommend Dr. Jacobson to anyone! more
