Miller?s owner, a self-proclaimed flooring specialist, installed new hardwood floors in my home without making any recommendations to the condition of my subflooring and now I have the pleasure of rolling floors. After speaking to the owner, the only response I got was ?I?m sorry?. There was no offer to look at the floors or correct the issue.
