We are so glad to hear you are back. When we had our wood floors installed in the dining room and entry way, Al and daughter came to give the original estimate. No problems with installation or workman ship. A few years later we called and had hardwood installed in our bedroom, although there were no problems, it was not the same experience as the first time... more

the original owner is back 4/28/2010

I am Mrs. Miller, Don Imel bought the business from us in 2007, but didnt make out very well, but Jeff and I are back!! Sorry to say that Mr. Al Miller has passed away, but Jeff has been with us ( Al and I) for thirty years. We have always done excellent work and will continue to do so, I am sorry for any poor work that was done under the name of Millers Hardwood when Don had the business. The quality and attention you deserve is back at the helm now, please stop by and see us. Pros: 30 years experience Cons: temp owner didnt do so well more

Disappointment 1/1/2010

I went to Miller?s Hardwood flooring thinking I was working with a professional and that was my first mistake. Miller?s owner, a self-proclaimed flooring specialist, installed new hardwood floors in my home without making any recommendations to the condition of my subflooring and now I have the pleasure of rolling floors. After speaking to the owner, the only response I got was ?I?m sorry?. There was no offer to look at the floors or correct the issue. If you are looking for bad service, you?ve come to the right place. more
