I placed an order for a jacket that was on the website but was delivered a different jacket. Was advised after the fact that the website had last years model of jacket ordered but nowhere does the website expalin this. I ended up returning the jacket in order to receive a refund. Well the jacket was returned over 1 month ago and still no refund. Have tried calling but almost never does anyone answer the phone when it rings or it is busy. I have sent many e-mails without any response as of yet. I was also double charged for the original order and had to proove this to store as they had no record of it. Sent them copy of credit card statement to prove this and still had to wait nearly 2 weeks for them to refund the double charge. I will never ever order a single item from this store again. What a joke of a business run and the customer service was only good when I was spending money, when it is there turn to return the money no one wants to talk to you.
