Bought new home in Aug. 2009 and had the septic tank collapse in December. After numerous attempts to contact Mr. Matthew Pellerin, he will not return calls. Also sent email as well as certified letter. Will need to try to recover money in court. Also have electrical and wiring issues that are not resolved as well.
Cons: Unwilling to honor new home warranty
