These two guys are widely known for not paying contractors who do work for them . Go to the courthouse and check records. They will run from you when you go in their office to take invoices !!! You've been warned ! Cons: very difficult to invoice paid more

WILL NOT STAND BEHIND NEW HOME WARRANTY 1/12/2010

Bought new home in Aug. 2009 and had the septic tank collapse in December. After numerous attempts to contact Mr. Matthew Pellerin, he will not return calls. Also sent email as well as certified letter. Will need to try to recover money in court. Also have electrical and wiring issues that are not resolved as well. Cons: Unwilling to honor new home warranty more
