We had our cat for almost 17 years. She was always very active and healthy. I had noticed a lump on the side of her neck about the size of a golf ball. She was eating fine and being herself, but we had taken her there to see what it was. The next day, That hack of a doctor called my grandmother and told her it was cancer and they wouldn't even bother opening it to find out what it was, and it would be better to just put her down. I was horrified. Why wouldn't you even do a scan or some kind of test to find out what it was.
My friend's mom also took her kitten there to get spayed and declawed. They over dosed the kitten with medication, and called her to tell her the kitten had cardiac failure.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS HACK JOB!
