Just try to call Primo to place a to-go order...they don't answer their phone. Everything takes WAY too long to prepare and isn't really worth the wait. I'm hating on Primo - it's still ringing and I've had time to sign up for City Search to leave this review and they still haven't answered. Pros: OK coffee Cons: TERRIBLE SERVICE more
