My kitten had managed to escape out of the back door at home and was inevitably hit by a car. I took her in to Noah's Ark and had her all checked out. She had fluid in her lungs and a leg that was severely broken. The Vet gave me the options of putting a pin in her leg now that would later have to be replaced or having the leg removed.
And if I wasn't able to pay for the procedure(s) they would take my kitten from me and adopt her out to someone else.
They kept the clinic very unsanitary, sometimes leaving animal hair where they would perform their next exam. The entire place reeked of dirty animals.
