You cannot even get through to update your address with these people, I've been calling for weeks. If they don't have the right address then you can't get your pin to use the site to follow your claim, or even certify using the online system. Their hours of operation suck too 9am to 3pm, Some people work 6am-3pm, and live an hour away.
Cons: Completely useless!
