So I am a legit, honesty, not trying to rip anybody off type of person, I call because I need to file oh how about you talk to a machine...no....I try to talk to a so called ""Customer Server Rep"" that isn't there! so what does the auto voice message do? I get hung up! Maybe I should go down and talk to them at the office because the phone and website are worthless. more

You cannot even get through to update your address with these people, I've been calling for weeks. If they don't have the right address then you can't get your pin to use the site to follow your claim, or even certify using the online system. Their hours of operation suck too 9am to 3pm, Some people work 6am-3pm, and live an hour away. Cons: Completely useless! more

Come on people, if the average Joe can set up a simple system for their personal business (fax, answering service, website) why can't our government? Lord help us. more

Phone number USELESS! 12/1/2008

What is the point in having a phone number if no one can get thru to them to talk to a LIVE PERSON! A LOT of times your automated systems DONT WORK and there is NO WAY to get word to the PERSONNEL Department. If Marvin dont work, how does one get their UI? Is this a scam to prevent people from getting what is due to them? Sure seems like it. more
