We've had Robertson Sanitation for over 6 years. When we initially signed up, they were the cheapest in town for trash pick up. In the last two years, the fee has increased from $32/quarter to $62/quarter. They are now the HIGHEST priced trash service around. I cancelled my service in December and as of Jan 18, my empty bins still sit in my front yard on the curb waiting to be picked up. Now, I received a bill threatening collections and extra fines because I didn't pay for January - March service--which had been cancelled. I'm really not sure where they are going wrong, but obviously there are A LOT of problems in the office areas.
Pros: free recycling/big bin
Cons: horrible customer service/billing problems/high prices
