I called to get some basic info about where a friend was buried since his family did not tell me until 3 years after he died that he had in fact died. I was told that they could not give me any info at all. I told them I was in the funeral industry and I know there is info that they can in fact give me such as where he has been placed but she refused. I asked to speak to the funeral director that handled the services and she said that she was a funeral director and she was not going to give me any info. Bottom line if you want your grieving family and friends to be treated well and with care do not use Bartlett Funeral Home. Everyone else may have had a chance to say goodbye and grieve but I did not and she should have recognized that.
