When our car needed a windshield replacement done, I called Bristol Glass and was able to make a same-day appointment. The temperature outside was too cold for an on-site replacement appointment, but Bristol Glass came and picked up my car and brought it back when it was finished, only a few hours later. The guys at Bristol Glass did all the paperwork needed for the insurance and all I had to do was sign a receipt that I got my car back at the end. No money was needed up front, and the process was very smooth. All communication with the staff at Bristol was polite, professional and they were a pleasure to work with. The windshield looked great, and we are very happy with the workmanship and ultimate result.
