I had a drop in window get smashed in my house. It's a very old window frame. I just took it off it's hinges and brought it in and they replaced the glass and I picked the window frame back up and put it back in. Super easy. They also replaced a piece of glass for a large picture that had broken. Great experience. more

"BROKEN MIRROR" 9/7/2010

JUST TRIED TO RETURN A NEW MIRROR THAT HAD NEVER BEEN HUNG ON THE WALL BUT WAS PEELING ON THE BACK ALREADY. WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER THAT I WAS TRYING TO RETURN A MIRROR THAT HAS BEEN HANGING ON THE WALL FOR 20-25YRS. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR 20YRS AND THINGS SEEM TO HAVE BEEN GETTING WORSE. I WAS USING THEM 5-6 TIMES A YEAR, NOW I WILL TELL EVERY ONE THAT I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. more
