I decieded to go with them because of their best in philly status but they treated me like an idiot cause I didnt know what an insulated unit was. As soon as I walked in a bunch of dogs started barking in my face which i thought was very unprofessional. Then they all started yelling at the dogs! If your afraid of dogs like I am dont go there.They did fix my window, but it took two weeks. They guys in the back were friendly and helpful so when I came to pick up my window I just went back there. Plus, I wanted to avoid the dogs!! I wanted to get a mirror too but I couldnt even check out there showroom cause it was like a zoo...
Cons: Not helpful. Uncomfortable office
