I decieded to go with them because of their best in philly status but they treated me like an idiot cause I didnt know what an insulated unit was. As soon as I walked in a bunch of dogs started barking in my face which i thought was very unprofessional. Then they all started yelling at the dogs! If your afraid of dogs like I am dont go there.They did fix my window, but it took two weeks. They guys in the back were friendly and helpful so when I came to pick up my window I just went back there. Plus, I wanted to avoid the dogs!! I wanted to get a mirror too but I couldnt even check out there showroom cause it was like a zoo... Cons: Not helpful. Uncomfortable office more

Terrible 1/11/2010

The woman in the office is rude. And they forgot to order my piece when they said they would. Also they charged me a whole lot more money then I should have paid, which I found out later. They also gave me additude when I asked them why it cost so much. The guy(I think his name was Howard) Told me to go somewhere else if I thought i could get it cheaper.... Should have listened to him. Bottom line, One piece of glass took a mont and a half and 4 phone calls from me!!! more

Better options out there. 10/2/2009

Not the best. A friend recommended them awhile back so I gave them a try. The came across well at first, but were very slow. By the time they finished the work, the quality wasn't what I had expected. more
