This funeral home provided a service for my cousin on 11/21/2009. We have been requesting a copy of the death certificate since then and to this date 1/15/2010 still have not gotten it and the funeral home does not return calls or has offered any assistance in obtaining this. This is a service that the funeral home is to provide. We also paid for the obituary to run for 2 days at a cost of $385 paid up front. They only ran it for one day. We have written the funeral director, Maria Lopez, and called with no response or return calls. We have requested a refund for the one day with no response. This is not the way a business such as this should be run. more
