I have been to both their locations many times. They have done a lots work on my car, timing belt, alignment, starter, brake job. I had better experience with their Parker location. They actually did a brake job cheaper then brake plus would have charged me. Because they didn't replace the whole parts, just fixed small parts. I am a little bit disappointed with their Broadway location the other day. I had something wrong with my Toyota. The guy told me it will cost well over $100 to fix it. I asked him what he has to do. He didn't give me straight answer. Then I asked him is this most labor? He said yes. I went home, took me 5 minutes to figure out all I need to do is screw it back on. and 2 minutes later I fixed it myself. The truth is if they said $30 I would have just let them do it on the spot. Another lesson, honesty is the way to go.
