I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS IF I COULD OF. I waited 3 weeks to hear from them. I never heard so i had to call them to find what was going on and they ordered the wrong part. Waited 3 more weeks for new part didnt hear anything once again i had to call them. Finally 6 weeks later guy showed up and put part in and it didnt fix my TV. He seemed confused and didnt even know what was worng. He said it could be some other part and he would call me with prices and i never heard from him again. These people are horrible i would NOT use them or recommend them to ANYONE!!!! Call Sears or someone with good service and knowledge.
Cons: bad customer service, long waiting, never fixed problem
