I had an ipod connector installed through these guys and the service was great. They had the knowledge to explain to me my options and which options would best fit my needs. I made an appointment, which the stuck by. They explained the approximate time to install, and they were on schedule. After the install, they even showed me how to operate my new device.
I'll be going back for a remote start in the future.
