They hooked my wife up with her tv headrests,Bluetooth,the whole nine.ever since then she's been all smiles.i just went on a vacation and we never heard one"are we there yet".I highly recommend these guys.They even fixed my wiring/lighting on my golf cart when others couldn't ! more

Great communication. 4/16/2012

I especially liked the way Mike and his associate kept me informed about what was going on with my car in the shop. They didn't mind dumb questions and gave clear, easy to understand explanations. Extrem Audio treats the customer like he is number one. Very impressive! more

Just got my car back today. Mike and the staff at extreme audio are the best. from the consultation, to the finish. Mike and his staff answered any and every question i had about speakers, amps, and handsfree. Mike even took me out to his wifes car to hear her system. James even took me out to his car as well to try and help me determine what kind of sound i wanted in my car. I am so very happy with my stereo!!! I would highly recomend them to anyone who wants a quality sound and install. more

Fast, friendly, and very knowledgable 10/6/2011

I put a new computer in my 03 Ford Escape. After doing so my remote start would not work! They knew how to reprogram it in no time at all and had me on the road again in a few minutes. more

Extreme Audio is off the chain! I never use anybody else. I've dealt with Mike probably the last 4 or 5 years, and he has always been there for me. He has taken care of all my audio needs. Mike and the staff at Extreme Audio are awesome.. I let Mike decide what to do with my subaru wrx told him what i like (music) and let him take over and i was amazed at the i quality i received. From slamming bass and the quality install on the GPS, IPod Touch screen deck .. I nothing negative to say at all .. If you need a system these guys are the people to see... more

remote starter 4/14/2011

Great!!! After having problems with a starter installed by another company,(initially told wrongly on how to work the thing, had for little over a month and NEVER started on the first try) I had the remote starter un-installed. Calling Extreme Audio was the best thing I could have done!! I spoke with Mike who answered my questions and made an appointment. I have only had "their" starter in for a week and it has started first time,every time - no problems!! I even got an owners manual with this one!! the other company couldnt find where they put it :( Definitely would recommend Mike and his team to anyone!! Very pleased at this time!!! more

I dealt directly with Mike and his recomendations were right on. Love the sound and function of everything> Installation was top notch, i would never have known there was an install done, thats how clean they were. Professional, top quality business that obviously takes pride in what they do. Wife's truck goes in tomorrow. Highest rating!! more

Remote starter installation 11/19/2010

Mike and the guys did a super job installing a Compustar remote start in my 2010 Nissan Rogue. Mike went out of his way to what had to be done, and the loaner car really makes it easy to leave your car with them. I will go back any time I need something they can help me with,e.g. radio,GPS etc. more

I have never been so impressed with a auto sound business. Every contact was outstanding. The owner was there and has put together quite a team. Sales were knowledgeable, great communicators and helpful. My install man was the best e-v-e-r...wanted me happy, period. They put my system where I wanted it, and then something awesome happened. They asked if I had the time to hear a sub/amp in my vehicle...no charge. What they showed me was exactly what I had described/asked for...perfect. Going back this week for the sub/amp...and a great price, too. These guys do it right, I'm a fan for life. more

Willing to do whatever it took to make my purchase work! 3/30/2010

When purchasing a product, the saying goes "buyer beware". This was not the case with Mike and team. I came in expecting to have my car stereo repaired, and as it turned out, it was more cost effective to purchase new, with upgrades to my system that I was already considering. They recommended a product, I liked it, purchased it, and had it installed within an hour. They even loaned me a car while they did the installation. The upgrade to my system was BlueTooth for my cell phone. My phone would not pair with the installed unit, and needless to say I was disappointed. It was closeing time on Saturday, when I left, but left with Mike's assurance that everything would be made right. He even offered to uninsall the stereo I bought and install a different one if that is what it would take so that I would have a product that did what I wanted it to do. Other less drastic alternatives were explored, and I have my fingers crossed the fix I chose will make everything work, but I know I have a great technical staff to help me with any glitches. Great team, who I would recommend to anyone, and I will. more

Excellent Service 1/14/2010

I had an ipod connector installed through these guys and the service was great. They had the knowledge to explain to me my options and which options would best fit my needs. I made an appointment, which the stuck by. They explained the approximate time to install, and they were on schedule. After the install, they even showed me how to operate my new device. I'll be going back for a remote start in the future. more

No better place in Richmond than Extreme Audio. 1/8/2010

I used to own car audio stores, and there is no better place in Richmond than Extreme Audio as far as service, product knowledge, quality, and installation. I have been using Extreme Audio for about 6 years, 5 times a year, to do both commercial installations in limos and buses as well as personal installations. Everything has turned out perfectly. I have nothing but good things to say about Extreme Audio in Richmond. They have high-quality products and service. I initially just stopped in there one day and started talking to Mike, who was very professional. I was very impressed with the way he handles the shop and his employees, who are knowledgeable and customer-service focused. Extreme Audio has done a lot of work for me, from wiring up fog lights and driving lights on my truck to putting in a whole audio system. They have also done my wife's car. They never try to sell you on things, which I appreciate, and they back up all of their installations. If there is ever a problem, they take care of it right away. Mike Power more
