Bad experience here. I spent about 5-6 grand here for family room sofas and a sectional with chaise for the sun room. Sofas delivered without any rubber pads to go underneath to protect the hardwood floors. When I called the salesperson said "Oh! these sofas don't come with the rubber pads, you have to order them separately." When I ordered for the living room sofas from Haverty's, they provided the rubber pads for the sofas, and even some extra ones without even asking......My sunroom floor now has some scratches, wish they could have told me ahead of time, I would have just ordered from Haverty's.
