It has been hard to find authentic Cajun Food since we moved from Louisiana, and I am very skeptical when I see "Cajun Cooking". But, Bayou Bay Seafood House is true Louisiana cooking. It was absolutely yummy, and was so nice to taste the genuine thing. It is very informal dining, but the staff (which happened to be the owner this particular day) was super friendly.\r
