The best staff I have ever come into contact with after 20 yrs of experience using animal care services. This is a very knowledgeable, caring, staff. I have to say I had been at my wits end with my cat and called to find out some information from this clinic to see if they could help me. I shared my frustrations and the receptionist reassured me and took time with me to explain how they do things at this clinic and Dr. Gandy's genuine love for these felines and her eagerness to keep up with the latest science and technology of treatment. I was amazed at how skilled the staff is, even the receptionist knew tons of the latest findings in treating feline diabetes as she was explaining to me how Dr. Gandy treats diabetic cats. The vet techs are also wonderful and treat my baby with the utmost care and love. I live pretty far away but they are so worth the drive. I don't feel bad leaving my sweet kitty there for stay overs because I know he will be in good hands. I was scared to change vets
