Best Vet Clinic for Cats! 11/19/2013

I love this facility and the people in it. The vets are wonderful and you can tell that they know pretty much everything there is to know about cats. I tried two different vet clinics before Catisfaction, and I could tell that, while those vets cared, they were just weren't cat specialists who understood some of the finer points about cats and what they need. Catsifaction's boarding facilities are phenomenal. All other boarding facilities that I have seen (other vets usually try to keep you out of the boarding room) are completely depressing and you know they are just kept in a cage for the entire time. At Catisfaction, the environment looks welcoming and comfortable and the boarded animals have an opportunity to leave their cage for a little while each day to stretch their legs. This place is on the higher side of the average cost to board an animal, but it is worth it to me to know that they are going to feed my cats correctly, medicate them correctly, keep them in a clean and comfor more

Completely Catsified! 11/29/2012

We are extremely pleased with the service and care we receive from Dr. Gandy and her staff at Catisfaction Cat Clinic. We currently have nine cats, and all of them are patients at her clinic. We wouldn?t think of going anywhere else! We particularly appreciate that her practice is limited to felines only. We like dogs too, but not at the doctor?s office! Being a cat specialist means that they understand cat behavior and are always up to date with the newest and best in treatments for cats. They nursed our oldest cat back to health when he was extremely ill, and were so compassionate during the entire experience. Our five youngest cats were born in the wild, and are very nervous and hard to handle. Dr. Gandy and her staff are the only practice that manages this situation with ease. Nowadays my only worry is getting the cats captured and into their carrier. There are no worries once we get to the doctor?s office. At Dr. Gandy?s office, we are Completely Catisfied! more

VERY Pleased 11/9/2012

I have entrusted my senior cat's care with Catisfaction since it opened and am very happy with the services and attention they provide.\r In another city years ago I took my cat to a Cat vet and really liked that idea. So was really glad when Catisfaction opened. It is SO NICE to walk in and not hear any dogs barking, and see my cat looking calm.\r They have EXCELLENT boarding facilities, and it has made me smile (and almost feel a little sad!) when I realize my cat isn't necessarily in a hurry to leave after a visit. \r The vet has been great to work with on any issues that come up. It is obvious the vet has a passion for cats, as she has several herself. \r I could keep writing, but am probably running out of space now... :) more

Am very happy with the services Catisfaction offers. From routine visits to sickness visits to boarding, they have always been great to work with. The vet and staff love cats and really want to help with whatever issues come up. Really appreciate their phone calls to make sure my cat is OK after a visit. And that has been the norm from the time they opened several years ago! more

SAVED MY BABY'S LIFE! 10/24/2011

Dr. Gandy saved my kitty's life too!! I had already been to 2 other doctor's and Lily was just getting sicker and sicker. She was down to nearly 4 lbs!!\r \r Dr. Gandy clearly explained why the meds she was on were not working and then clearly explained why the new medicine would work. She is VERY talented! I <3 this place and will never take my cat anywhere else! She saved Lily's life & A LOT of heart ache for my family! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! more

Best Cat Vet Around! 2/22/2011

I love Catisfaction Cat Clinic! There's no barking dogs and the boarding area is very nice. The play alley for the cats is very unique. We recommend them as a groomer, and offer any of our clients the option of dropping their pet off here for medical treatment and then we deliver the pet to Jessica's for grooming. Changing 10/16/2010

Well Dr. Gandy is gone. Now they are taking dogs and trying to do grooming and boarding. I feel bad for the Pet Boutique in the same shopping center. The pet boutique has been doing waterless grooming (which is great, by the way) and doggie daycare. Now a small business right next door is going to do some of the same services.\r \r Oh yeah, they are not called the cat hospital anymore. With Dr. Gandy gone I will not be back. more

Dr. Gandy is the reason I still have my kitty! This is the most awesome vet ever, they took exceptionally good care of my boy.. I never knew a veterinary experience could be like this. No frenetic energy and smells nice! Dr. Gandy is wonderful, kind and compassionate, extremely knowledgeable and intuitive.. absolutely love The Cat Hospital of Madison! more

Genuinely good people at Cat Hospital of Madison 9/22/2009

The best staff I have ever come into contact with after 20 yrs of experience using animal care services. This is a very knowledgeable, caring, staff. I have to say I had been at my wits end with my cat and called to find out some information from this clinic to see if they could help me. I shared my frustrations and the receptionist reassured me and took time with me to explain how they do things at this clinic and Dr. Gandy's genuine love for these felines and her eagerness to keep up with the latest science and technology of treatment. I was amazed at how skilled the staff is, even the receptionist knew tons of the latest findings in treating feline diabetes as she was explaining to me how Dr. Gandy treats diabetic cats. The vet techs are also wonderful and treat my baby with the utmost care and love. I live pretty far away but they are so worth the drive. I don't feel bad leaving my sweet kitty there for stay overs because I know he will be in good hands. I was scared to change vets more

The Cat Hospital of Madison is the Cat's Meow! 8/20/2009

From the first time I was in this unique establishment I got a "warm fuzzy", which is necessary before I am comfortable allowing my cats to be treated by a new vet. Dr. Gandy and staff are awesome. Very warm and inviting atmosphere and extremely caring and understanding attitudes. Dr. Gandy has 5 kitties, so it's easy to understand how she can relate to cats in general, and to your cat specifically. Trust me - The Cat Hospital of Madison should be your choice for veterinarian services for your cat(s). Inky and Pablo, the clinic kitties will welcome you warmly when you walk through the door. more

No better place for your cats! 9/28/2008

This is really unlike any vet's office you've ever seen. It feels like an exclusive hospital for rich cats, but the staff is welcoming and friendly. You can tell Dr. Stephanie loves cats and treats you kitty like her own. The treatment was quick and professional, and since the office is virtually odor free, my cat's sister did not hiss and spit like she normally does when Maggie comes home from a vet visit. And Maggie came home virtually un-stressed.\r \r And for all of the high tech stuff, the cat friendly environment, and most importantly no stressing dog barking, the fee for my unscheduled visit was extremely reasonable.\r \r My cats have a new vet. more
