Was not impressed with the great customer service. I went Berryhill as my vet had moved there and after being the in the emergency vet on Sunday got an appt on Monday. The counter staff has not friendly at all - it seemed that I was imposing on their time. Not impressed with my vet either. My dog had been diagnosed with tick disease and my vet did nothing but give me more medicine. Needless to say I have since gone to another vet and had the proper testing and my dog did not have tick borne disease. This happened in March. My dog is longer with me as she had cancer. Just wondering if this was her problem in March? And no I am not just writing this because I lost my dog. Just a great heads up to The Fox Ridge Animal Hospital staff and Dr. Montgomery who was wonderful to me and my pet!!
