I took my recently adopted kittens to Berryhill Animal Hospital, upon the recommendation from the shelter from which Penny & Presley were adopted, for their booster shots & an overall check up. The front office staff was friendly but seemed somewhat distracted though no one else was waiting for assistance. Julie (the nurse) & Dr. Meyer were wonderful, seemed genuinely interested in the health, personalities & habits of both cats & answered my questions with details & in a very professional manner. All in all, exactly what I expected. more

Was not impressed with the great customer service. I went Berryhill as my vet had moved there and after being the in the emergency vet on Sunday got an appt on Monday. The counter staff has not friendly at all - it seemed that I was imposing on their time. Not impressed with my vet either. My dog had been diagnosed with tick disease and my vet did nothing but give me more medicine. Needless to say I have since gone to another vet and had the proper testing and my dog did not have tick borne disease. This happened in March. My dog is longer with me as she had cancer. Just wondering if this was her problem in March? And no I am not just writing this because I lost my dog. Just a great heads up to The Fox Ridge Animal Hospital staff and Dr. Montgomery who was wonderful to me and my pet!! more

I have been using Berryhill's service for almost 2 years now. Nothing even compairs to this place. The Staff are super friendly, full of smiles and joy. You can tell that they are ALL animal lovers. My Puppy comes out happy and full of energy. The place is clean and tidy. The Vets are wonderfull and full of info. I will always use Berryhill to leave my puppy for both a relaxing spa get away to all of his Vet needs. Thank you BerryHill!!!! DOBBY, Rascal and Winston all love you!!!!!!!! THIS PLACE GIVES THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT IVE SEEN IN A LONG TIME. THE FRONT DESK IS EXTREMLY HELPFUL AND THE GIRLS WHO TOOK CARE OF MY DOGS ARE SOOO SWEET. I boarded my dogs at Berryhill for the first time over Spring Break. The receptionists were all very kind and reassuring as we have never boarded our pets before. We were allowed to go back into the kennels and help get our dogs settled in. To us, this shows they have nothing to hide. They are proud of the facility. The doctor even took a moment to say hello. I never worried once while away for 5 days. Thank you Berryhill for a job well done! I'll be using you again. Pros: Great Staff and Building Cons: Very hard to find more

This clinic is so nice. I found them on the web and went in for a kennel tour. Everyone there is so friendly. The two little receptionists Gayle and the little short one (Laura or Lori) were some of the nicest people I've ever met. Everyone truly loves animals here and I am at ease knowing my pets stay there. There is a nice doctor there too. This place is VERY big, they have it all. I'll send my friends. It's a little hard to find, but they have a map on the website, or call and they will get you there. Good job Berryhill! Pros: Nicest staff I've ever seen, GREAT facilities more

This is the only boarding facility that offered to show me the units without my having to ask...and it is clear why. Each unit has both an inside and outside portion connected by a small door. Very nice. The staff are friendly and good with animals. Even my anti-social Pomeranian is good with them. Pros: Staff, facilities and on-site care potential Cons: A bit pricey, but reasonable considering what they provide more

I boarded my dog for a week and was impressed with the facility, the staff and the doctors. My dog was very healthy and happy upon my arrival. Check in and out was streamlined. My dog received shots and a bath while there. The doctors are very caring and took time to answer all my questions. The entire staff loves animals. I will return and have had all my records transferred to Berryhill. Pros: Great parking, great staff, new facility Cons: None more

Friendly and personable staff. Great place for boarding dogs. Staff very efficient and has great customer service! Also has grooming services for your pooch! more
