CS Manger Charlene S. and Store Night Manager Sean Renteria, Arrogant, condescending and rude. I brought back two bottles one opened and one not opened for exchange of different product. I waited several minutes at the front counter after customer service was paged while Charlene carried on personal conversation with another employee, who upon her departure, reminded Charlene she had someone waiting. No one else was in line for assistance. Charlene identified herself as the store manager. I brought back two bottles one opened and one not opened for exchange of different product. I identified that one bottle was opened that’s why I was bringing it back. I didn’t like it. I was instructed by Charlene that I could only exchange the completely unused item. Fair enough. But because she was so rude, I'll get my other unused bottles. So I drove home and retrieved 3 various additional unused bottles, out of at least a couple dozen, (yep a few vitamins) originally purchased on the same receipt. Upon returning Charlene instructed another person, Manager Sean Renteria to help me instead. So I waited for Manager Sean Renteria to assist another customer, who had a long story and a form to fill out with additional instructions until he could assist me. He instructed me since I had left my receipt this time, but I did have the credit card, He told me they will not exchange or return without a receipt and that he would not look up the transaction. Store policy. ;-) With a smile. And he didn't have the time to look up the transaction. WOW! Unbelievable I thought. You lost me as a customer. I asked for the name of the regional manager or corporate address and he deferred me to another manager. I asked for Charlene's name and he said Charlene S, she's new I’m not sure her name. She was a few feet away. *On a positive note their are a couple of extraordinary cashiers at that location that would be an asset to any company. It's a shame management at this location is horrible and that the extraordinary cashiers have to deal with them. I would not give this Albertson’s even one star if it was an option............. Good thing for competitors, Moving on, and flushing all of my inferior Albertson’s vitamins. I should have known better than to purchase vitamins from Albertson’s.
